Common Problems
1. Why is my Jade Plant turning yellow?
The Crassula or Jade is a succulent variety that need very little water and overwatering causes the leaves to yellow and drop. Check the soil, if it is damp wait for it to completely dry out before watering again.
2. Jade Plant leaves have white spots.
White spots on the leaves of your Jade Plant are due to powdery mildew. Powdery mildew is formed when the plant is kept in unfavorable conditions like low light, excess humidity, and low temperatures. Spray your leaves with a mild mixture of baking soda and vinegar to get rid of the powdery mildew.
3. Why is my Jade Plant drooping?
Watering the Jade Plant too little or too much can make it droop. If your leaves are discoloring and dropping then it’s a classic case of overwatering and if the leaves are shriveling up then it because of underwatering. Fix your watering schedule to stop your Jade Plant from drooping.
