This policy DOES NOT apply to the orders that are damaged during the shipping. Please check our product warranty for that. As those are covered under eTree’s insurance to deliver them to you safe and sound.

This policy applies to the following situations:

》Orders that have been placed but the customer wants to cancel, given that the order amount has been paid.

》Or the customer wishes to return the plants.

》The product is out of stock or is not deliverable to the requested delivery area and the amount has been paid

Following are the terms and conditions:

1. We do not offer cash refunds. Only store credit with a 5% increment on the total ordered amount (Excluding discounts if any) will be issued for the ordered value. This credit will be available for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.

2. Getting the plant back to the facility is the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Any cost incurred in returning the order will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. If the plants that are received at the facility are damaged then a refund request will not be entertained.

Note: Customized orders (e.g pots upgrade, Stickers etc.) are not returnable/refundable. If they are damaged during the transient, a new replacement will be issued.
