This policy DOES NOT apply to the orders that are damaged during the shipping. Please check our product warranty for that. As those are covered under eTree’s insurance to deliver them to you safe and sound.
This policy applies to the following situations:
》Orders that has been placed but the customer wants to cancel, given that the order amount has been paid.
》Or the customer wishes to return the plants.
Following are the terms and conditions:
1. 20% of the total amount of the order excluding the shipping fee is charged as a restocking fee.
2. Getting the plant back to the facility is the sole responsibilty of the customer.
3. Any cost incurred in returning the order will be the sole responsibilty of the customer.
4. If the plants that are received at the facility are damaged then a refund request will not be entertained.
Note: Customized orders (e.g pots upgrade, Stickers etc.) are not returnable/refundable. If they are damaged during transient, a new replacement will be issued.
