In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
After 1 day from the receipt of items, any claim will not be entertained especially for plants.
If the plant that’s been ordered is not available in stock, another plant from a similar category will be shipped in its place of equal or more value. The extra cost will not be charged to the customer.
