1. Order Processing & Operating Hours
- Order Processing:
All orders are processed promptly and typically within 24-72 hours of your order confirmation. Our dispatch department sometimes work on weekends as well to help you get your order quickly. - Operating Hours:
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery Time:
Once your order is confirmed by you, the normal delivery time is between 2-10 working days. - Commitment to Prompt Delivery:
We consistently strive to deliver your order ahead of the estimated timeline because we understand the importance of prompt delivery. - Estimated Time Disclaimer:
The above delivery timeframe is an estimate based on standard conditions. In the event of unforeseen issues—such as unrest, service blackouts by the PTA, road blockages, protests, or other extraordinary circumstances—delivery may be delayed up to 20 working days. We will keep you informed if such delays occur.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Trusted Carriers:
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your plants are handled with care during transit. Our chosen carriers are experienced in shipping sensitive and perishable items like live plants. - Packaging:
Each plant is carefully packaged using quality and sustainable materials to protect its health and quality while in transit. - Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your package’s progress in real time.
4. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery Promotion:
We are currently offering a FREE Delivery Promotion for all cities—this means no delivery charges on eligible orders. - Exceptions:
Some products may have different shipping terms. For example, Bermuda Grass Carpets are an exception. Please check the product page for details regarding any exceptions to the free delivery promotion.
5. Shipping Issues & What to Do
- Delayed Shipments:
Although we work diligently to ensure timely deliveries, external factors may sometimes cause delays. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support for assistance. - Damaged Shipments:
If your plant arrives damaged, please refer to our Product Guarantee for instructions on how to file a damage claim. We ask that you inspect your package upon receipt and retain the original packaging for a minimum of 7 days, as carriers may need to inspect the item. - Delivery Discrepancies:
