Product Guarantee

Our Product Guarantee is designed to protect you when you purchase living plants from Etree.pk. Please note that this guarantee sets forth the exclusive remedies available for issues related to damage in transit or plant survival, and no cash refunds will be provided.


1. Damaged In Transit Guarantee

  • Quality Assurance:
    We guarantee that every plant we ship is of the finest quality, and your order is carefully handled throughout packaging and shipping to ensure you receive a healthy product.
  • In the Event of Damage:
    • If your plant arrives visibly damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at [customer service email/phone].
    • A damage claim will be initiated with the carrier, and you must retain the original packaging for a minimum of 7 days to allow the carrier to inspect the product if necessary.
  • Claim Timeframe:
    • Notice Period: Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
    • Claims made after this 24‑hour window will not be honored.
  • Replacement Procedure:
    • Once the carrier approves the damage claim, Etree Private Limited will reship a replacement plant to you at no additional cost.
    • If the same item is currently out of stock, we will either offer a suitable substitute or provide the option to wait until the next shipping season.
  • Limitations:
    • We are not responsible for shipping delays or further damages that occur during shipment.
    • This guarantee is applicable only for damages incurred during transit and does not extend to issues arising after the product is accepted in satisfactory condition.

2. Healthy Plants Guarantee

  • Living Nature of Products:
    While we strive for excellence, please note that even under ideal care, achieving a 100% survival rate for living plants is virtually impossible.
  • Conditions for Warranty Claims:
    • If you have properly followed our care guidelines (as published on our website) and a plant dies within 1 month from the date of delivery, please email your claim to [email protected] with detailed information about the loss.
    • All warranty claims must be received within the first month from the delivery date and must be submitted using the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Remedy for Loss:
    • Etree Private Limited will replace the lost plant only one time if the claim is valid.
    • For a replacement, you will be required to pay three-fourths (75%) of the current selling price for that plant plus applicable shipping and handling charges as posted on our website.
  • Evaluation Process:
    • We reserve the right to request a soil sample for evaluation before processing a warranty claim.
    • If the plant loss is determined to be due to factors such as planting in unsuitable soil conditions (e.g., fill material, scraped ground, high mineral levels) or in a climate zone not recommended for that species (as outlined on the product page), the warranty claim will be null and void.
    • Damage or loss caused by external factors—such as adverse weather, livestock interference, drought, the use of insecticides or herbicides, fires, floods, etc.—will not be covered.
  • Additional Conditions:
    • Replacement products will be shipped only to the original shipping address provided in the order.
    • In cases of multiple or excessive claims, we may require additional evaluation (such as a soil compatibility test) before approving the replacement.

3. Refund and Replacement Policy for All Products

  • Store Credit Only:
    • Etree Private Limited does not offer cash refunds for any products purchased on our platform.
    • In instances where a product is damaged in transit or lost during shipping, we will provide a replacement per the guidelines above.
  • Exclusive Remedies:
    • Except as set forth above, Etree Private Limited makes no representations or warranties (express or implied, including warranties of fitness or merchantability) regarding any product purchased.
    • The remedies outlined in this guarantee constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available, and our liability for any damages shall not exceed the original purchase price of the plant.

4. General Limitations and Disclaimers

  • No Additional Liability:
    Etree Private Limited shall not be liable for damages in an amount greater than the purchase price of the affected plant.
  • Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for adhering to the care instructions provided. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the guarantee.
  • Amendments:
    This Product Guarantee may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to subsequent orders. By purchasing from Etree.pk, you agree to the current version of this guarantee.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes arising under this Product Guarantee shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and resolved exclusively in the appropriate Pakistani courts.
