About Zamioculcas Zamiifolia
Zamioculcas is a genus of flowering plants in the family Araceae, containing the single species Zamioculcas zamiifolia. It is a tropical perennial plant native to eastern Africa, from Kenya south to northeastern South Africa. ZZ plant has attractive and dark green leaves which makes it best for offices and homes.
It is drought tolerant and accepts low-light conditions. ZZ plant flowers very rare when grown indoors but ZZ plants can produce little white, spathe-type flowers almost identical to the flowers of a peace lily.
